智通财经APP获悉，连连数字(02598)盘中涨超7%，截至发稿，涨5.36%，报14.54港元，成交额2.85亿港元。
消息面上，连连数字公告，拟配售3840万股配售股份，每股配售价为10.25港元，配售事项的所得款项净额预期约为3.87亿港元。配售事项所得款项净额拟由集团用于以下用途：50%用于区块链等创新技术在全球支付领域的创新及应用；30%用于全球业务及牌照扩展；及20%用于一般公司用途。
湘财证券指出，稳定币基于区块链进行点对点支付，支付即结算，在支付效率和成本上具有显著优势，跨境支付或将成为稳定币的重要落地场景之一。连连数字子公司DFXLabs在2024年获得了香港证监会颁发的VATP牌照，香港证监会官网披露目前具备VATP牌照的公司共有11家，而连连是具备真实贸易支付场景的公司，未来能够为存量客户提供稳定币的交易、出入金结算等服务。此外，香港《稳定币条例》将在今年8月1日正式生效，若公司申请并获得稳定币发行牌照，将为公司的支付业务及虚拟资产业务带来发展空间。
