凤凰网科技讯(作者/于雷)7月16日,近日有消费者发现,一直以来作为京东外卖超市业务亮点的“超时免单”服务,似乎正在悄然发生变化。根据用户反馈,其京东秒送订单在超出预定时间20分钟后,并未如预期那样获得免单处理,这引发了部分老用户的困惑。
针对消费者的疑问,京东客服方面作出了解释。据客服人员透露,自7月11日左右起,平台已开始逐步将原有的超时赔付服务升级为全新的“准时宝”服务。此次调整最核心的变化在于赔付门槛和补偿方式。
新的“准时宝”服务将赔付门槛从过去的20分钟大幅降低到了10分钟,使用户能够更快地因配送延迟获得补偿。然而,在具体的赔付力度上,原先备受青睐的“免单”福利被优惠券所取代。例如,在同样超时20分钟的情况下,用户现在将获得一张4元优惠券,而非免除整个订单的费用。
客服方面同时补充道,目前平台上仍有部分商家保留了传统的“超时免单”服务。因此,消费者在下单时需要特别留意商品页面上是否有明确的“超时免单”相关标识,以确定该订单适用的赔付规则。
