Victory Capital Holdings Shares Rise 5% After News Company Will Join S&P SmallCap 600

Shares of Victory Capital Holdings were trading higher in the after-hours market following news the company will join the S&P Small Cap 600 on July 18.

Victory Capital is replacing AeroVironment, which is moving to the S&P MidCap 400 on that date. AeroVironment is replacing ChampionX, which is being acquired by Schlumberger, S&P Dow Jones Indices said Tuesday.

After the bell, shares of Victory Capital were trading 5% higher, at $66.97. Shares ended the day's regular session with a 1.8% loss, closing at $63.69.
