中化新网讯 近日，石油输出国组织(OPEC)产油国能源部长和石油巨头高管表示，由OPEC和俄罗斯等非OPEC产油国组成的OPEC+的增产并未导致库存增加，表明市场对石油的需求强劲。
包括沙特阿拉伯和俄罗斯等在内的8个成员国已同意在8月增产54.8万桶/日。他们从4月份开始逐步增加石油产量，并决定在5月、6月和7月分别增产41.1万桶/日。据消息人士透露，OPEC+预计将在8月份的会议上批准9月份的大幅增产计划。
阿联酋能源部长马兹鲁伊在两年一度的OPEC研讨会上表示：“尽管产量连续数月增加，但我们并未看到库存大幅增加，这意味着市场需要如此大量的石油。” 沙特石油巨头阿美公司首席执行官阿敏·纳赛尔表示，尽管面临美国关税和贸易紧张等挑战，在今年剩余时间内全球石油需求仍将增长约120万至130万桶/日。纳赛尔指出，美国汽油需求的增长和中国石化行业的繁荣是增长的驱动力。
