智通财经APP获悉，三花智控(02050)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.49%，报25.45港元，成交额9575.62万港元。
消息面上，三花智控此前发布业绩预告，预计2025上半年实现营收150.4至177.8亿，同比增长10%至30%；归属于上市公司净利润为18.9至22.7亿，同比增长25%至50%。东吴证券指出，因制冷空调业务受益市场需求增长，汽零业务通过标杆客户的示范效应持续拓展订单，且公司降本增效显著，公司Q2业绩超市场预期。另外，人形机器人量产节奏有短期扰动但不改Tier1地位、未来利润弹性显著。公司配合开发全系执行器，深受大客户认可，主供地位明确。维持按照100万台出货测算（28-29年），执行器总成5万元，净利率10%，公司70%份额，可贡献35亿元利润，弹性巨大。
值得关注的是，恒生指数公司将在8月22日公布其2025年第二季度的恒生指数系列成分股检讨结果，其结果将9月8日起生效。华泰证券指，对于A+H两地上市股票，其港股无需等待定期调整，即可在价格稳定期结束调入港股通(港股IPO的价格稳定期通常为30天，从香港公开发售申请截止日的次日开始计算)。因此，三花智控对应港股入通时间更早，将于7月21日纳入港股通。
