新浪科技讯 7月16日中午消息，小鹏汽车近日宣布启动 2026 届校园招聘，此次校招为其史上最大规模 AI 人才招聘，重点聚焦智能驾驶、AI 大模型等核心领域。据小鹏人才招聘负责人介绍，年初公司已推出 6000 人招聘计划，半年度又新增 2000 人编制，其中智能驾驶领域人才招聘持续加码，大量岗位投向 AI 大模型（如 VLA、VLM）等前沿方向。
除此之外，小鹏汽车董事长、CEO何小鹏在内部讲话中也透露，小鹏汽车今年招聘计划已从原 6000 人调整至 8000 人，年内员工规模将接近 3 万人。他特别提到，公司将加大对毕业生的关注，尤其重视优秀本科毕业生，同时持续推进 “探索者计划”，着力培养内部年轻人才，助力更多年轻员工在企业内部成长孵化。
面对智能驾驶领域白热化的人才争夺战，这些 AI 人才将支撑小鹏自动驾驶向 L3、L4 进阶，其研发的模型将成为未来全系 AI 终端的核心基础。
