新浪科技讯 7月16日晚间消息，今日，据晚点LatePost报道，美团核心本地商业板块CEO王莆中谈及刘强东用社会价值来参与“外卖大战”时表示，坦率讲肯定在上个阶段造成了困扰。但大家慢慢会更加理性客观地发现，这个行业不是你开张支票、许诺一下就能干的。

　　他提到，大家可能觉得招一个全职外卖员跟快递员一样，只要保证上岗时间，密度会越来越高，人气会越来越高，最后能算得过账来。不好意思，那是快递，快递波峰波谷的效应不强。一个人一整天送多少单，跟高峰期送多少单是两个概念。我一天能送80单，但高峰期最多也就20单。

　　包括超20分钟免退这个策略，如果当你承诺超过XX分钟免单，你会发现所有的羊毛党都会挑你高峰期下单，赌你超时，然后形成一种恶性循环，越超时越多单，越多单你赔越多，我觉得这是不可维系的。后来他们调整了。最后都要回归商业现实。

　　他总结：这也算是一种公开测试，让很多行业的人、骑手商家看看，原来外卖行业的特点是这样子的，我们自己去说反而说不明白，有一个旁证反而会更好。
