Wai Hung Group Holdings Ltd. has announced changes in its board of directors effective from July 16, 2025. Mr. Au Chi Fung, Ms. Mak Wei Ting Josephine, and Mr. Ng Brian Hong Jing have resigned from their respective positions to focus on other business commitments. Following these changes, the board now includes Mr. Li Kam Hung, Mr. Yu Ming Ho, Mr. Yau Yik Ming Leao, Ms. Chen Jianyu, and Mr. Kwan Hung Chun Curtus as executive directors; Mr. Li Chun Ho as a non-executive director; and Ms. Tung Ching, Mr. Tam Tsz Hin, and Mr. Yu Kwan Tseung, Alvin as independent non-executive directors.
