智通财经APP讯，剑虹集团控股(01557)发布公告，有关(其中包括)Ince & Co(原呈请人)及亿皇国际有限公司(替代呈请人)入禀的清盘呈请。于原呈请人针对剑虹地基有限公司(剑虹地基)的呈请被法院驳回后，替代呈请人取代原呈请人作为针对剑虹地基的呈请人。
于2025年7月16日，法院于呈请聆讯中颁令将剑虹地基清盘。
剑虹地基为公司的全资附属公司，主要于中国香港从事提供地基及建筑服务以及租赁机械。截至2025年3月31日止年度，剑虹地基占集团总资产及收益超过5%。因此，就上市规则第13.25(2)条而言，剑虹地基被视为公司的主要附属公司。尽管剑虹地基的管理层努力维持其业务营运，但香港物业发展行业经营的恶化导致维持业务营运变得困难。因此，剑虹地基自2025年1月起暂停营运。鉴于上述情况，预期剑虹地基的清盘不会对集团财务状况及其整体营运造成重大不利影响。
