US District Judge Evelyn Padin in New Jersey on Tuesday denied Novartis' (NVS) request for a preliminary injunction to prevent MSN Pharmaceuticals from selling a generic version of its Entresto heart medication, Reuters reported Wednesday.
Novartis and MSN did not immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
