智通财经APP获悉，晨鸣纸业(01812)跌超6%，截至发稿，跌6.41%，报0.73港元，成交额165.1万港元。
消息面上，晨鸣纸业公布，预期2025年上半年归属于上市公司股东的净亏损为35亿-40亿元，扣非净亏损为32.7亿-37.7亿元，同比盈转亏。报告期内，公司主要生产基地仍处于停机检修状态，产销量同比大幅下滑，影响收入、利润大幅下降；受停机影响，公司对部分资产、应收款项计提了减值和坏帐准备。
公司表示，在各级政府和金融机构的大力支持下，将继续全力以赴多途径筹措流动资金，根据资金状况、市场情况等陆续推进各生产基地的复工复产，实现公司持续稳健运营。
