韩国产业通商资源部周二表示，到2032年，政府将投资4840亿韩元（约合3.5亿美元）开发无机发光二极管（iLED）显示技术，旨在为国内显示行业寻找新的增长引擎。
该部门表示，这笔投资将用于开发微型LED、量子点和纳米LED等iLED技术，并培育当地的产业生态系统。
iLED被认为是下一代显示技术，与目前的有机发光二极管（OLED）显示器相比，具有更长的寿命、亮度和功率效率。
韩国产业通商资源部表示，韩国在OLED市场保持全球领先地位，但在iLED技术方面落后，严重依赖外国制造的LED芯片和材料。
据机构预测，全球iLED市场规模预计将从2026年的10亿美元增长到2035年的320亿美元。
