智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，7月11日，狮腾控股(02562)股东将股票由大华继显(香港)转入花旗银行，转仓市值3.63亿港元，占比3.48%。
狮腾控6月27日公布，以先旧后新形式配售923.95万股，配股价每股15.8港元，所得款项总额1.46亿港元。配售价较该股上日收市价折让19.96%，经配发及发行先旧后新认购股份相当于扩大后已发行股本的2.04%。 配售所得款项净额为1.12亿港元，公司拟用于加快扩充业务；合并及收购、合营企业以及战略投资及联盟，尤其是集中于人工智能、大数据及科技行业的目标或项目；及其他一般企业用途。
