智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，7月14日，融创中国(01918)股东将股票存入建设亚洲，存仓市值13.05亿港元，占比6.58%。
7月4日，融创中国在港交所公告， 7月3日，公司与特殊目的公司订立认购协议，据此，特殊目的公司有条件同意认购，而公司有条件同意配发及发行合共754,468,943股股份。特殊目的公司处置该等股份所获资金净额等额的境内资金，将用于偿付选择股票选项的境内债券持有人所持有的合计金额约56亿元人民币的相关境内债券。
融创中国在公告中表示，集团将不会从股份发行事项获得任何款项。集团通过股份发行事项，预计偿还合计金额约56亿元人民币的债务，缓解了集团资金流动性压力，改善集团的财务状况，有助于集团长期的业务恢复。
