Dateline Resources (ASX:DTR) has appointed Simon Slesarewich as chief operating officer, effective Aug. 4, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Slesarewich has held senior roles delivering large-scale mining projects, including the Olive Downs complex and the Middlemount coal mine in Queensland.
Slesarewich will receive a Total Fixed Remuneration of AU$460,000 per annum, along with a performance-based equity incentive plan, the filing added.
