德国安联集团首席执行官表示，该集团旗下的基金管理子公司 AGI 在因欺诈丑闻被迫退出美国市场后，现已可重启在美国的业务。

　　2022 年，这家德国金融巨头同意支付逾 60 亿美元的赔偿金，其美国资产管理子公司就新冠疫情初期一批投资基金崩盘一事，对刑事证券欺诈指控认罪。

　　安联与美国司法部及美国证券交易委员会达成的和解协议，是企业史上规模最大的和解案之一，该事件导致 AGI 被禁止在美国开展业务。

　　“我们已从美国证券交易委员会重新获得了在美国开展资产管理业务的许可证，” 安联首席执行官奥利弗・贝埃特（Oliver Baete）周二告诉记者。

　　最初的禁令为期 10 年。
