智通财经APP讯，十月稻田(09676)公布，于2025年7月16日，董事会议决建议采纳股份奖励计划。该股份奖励计划须经股东于临时股东大会上审议及批准后生效。
于2025年7月16日，以股份奖励计划生效为条件，公司建议向王兵先生、赵文君女士、舒明贺先生、赵淑兰女士(各自为公司执行董事及关联人士)，及赵淑娟女士及赵文臣先生(各自为公司雇员参与者及关联人士)授出总计13,940,443股奖励股份(可予调整)。根据有条件授予，受托人将最多动用供款金额100,650,000港元(即相当于有条件授予项下承授人须全额支付的购买价)，按联交所现行市价购入奖励股份。
