Wan Kei Unit Disposes of Shares in Zhongshen Jianye

A unit of Wan Kei Group (HKG:1718) sold 440,000 shares in Zhongshen Jianye (HKG:2503) for HK$662,800 or HK$1.51 apiece on Tuesday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of foundation works provider Wan Kei were down 3% in Wednesday afternoon trading.
The shares represent around 0.07% of construction firm Zhongshen Jianye's issued share capital.
Following completion, the firm does not hold any shares in Zhongshen Jianye.
The firm will use proceeds from the disposal as general working capital.
