智通财经APP讯，闽信集团(00222)发布公告，公司获告知，冠城钟表已出售合共380万股股份，占全部已发行股份约0.64%。于出售事项完成后，韩先生分别透过冠城钟表、Haidian-Creation International Limited及富地财富持有的股份数量已减至9137万股股份，占全部已发行股份约15.30%。
据董事所知、所悉及所信，根据公司现有所得资料，紧随出售事项后，公司的公众持股量约为25.03%。因此，公司已恢复公众持股量，并已符合《上市规则》第8.08(1)(a)条规定的最低规定百分比。
