路透香港7月16日 - 两位知情消息人士称，深圳上市的消费电子产品生产商安克创新(Anker Innovations Technology)300866.SZ计划2026年初前在香港上市，融资约5亿美元。
上述消息人士称，安克创新已委任中金(CICC)、高盛(Goldman Sachs)和摩根大通(JPMorgan)负责上市事宜。该公司是亚马逊最大的销售商之一，所售商品包括从移动电源到手机壳等。
消息人士称，该公司目标是在2026年中国农历新年(2月)前完成上市。该公司目前市值超过90亿美元。
安克创新和中金公司没有立即回应路透的置评请求。高盛和摩根大通不予置评。
据该公司官网，该公司成立于2011年，专注于智能配件和智能硬件的设计、研发和销售。其产品主要在亚马逊、Ebay、天猫和京东等电子商务平台售卖，但该公司也与沃尔玛、百思买等开展线下零售合作。(完)
