智通财经APP讯，中生北控生物科技(08247)发布公告，继股东于股东特别大会上批准吴乐斌先生的免去后，彼于股东特别大会结束时不再担任董事。
继免去吴先生的董事职务后，董事会进一步宣布，自2025年7月15日起，(i)吴先生亦已不再担任提名委员会成员及授权代表;及(ii)执行董事兼董事会主席陈正永先生已获委任为授权代表。
继股东于股东特别大会上批准委任范晓亮先生为独立非执行董事后，陆琪先生辞任独立非执行董事已于股东特别大会结束时生效。
继陆先生辞任独立非执行董事后，董事会进一步宣布，自2025年7月15日起，(i)陆先生亦已不再担任审核委员会及提名委员会各自的主席以及薪酬委员会的成员;及(ii)执行董事兼董事会主席陈正永先生已获委任为提名委员会主席。
继股东于股东特别大会上批准沈胜博士及范晓亮先生的委任后，彼等已分别获委任为非执行董事及独立非执行董事，自2025年7月15日起生效。
继范先生获委任为独立非执行董事后，董事会进一步宣布，自2025年7月15日起，彼亦已获委任为审核委员会主席。
