Dasin Retail Trust's (SGX:CEDU) attributable loss to unitholders widened to SG$16.1 million for three months ended Sept. 30, 2023 from SG$9.5 million a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the trust were down over 25% in recent trading.
Loss per share rose to SG$0.0199 compared with SG$0.0117 in the comparable period.
Meanwhile, revenue declined to SG$18.1 million from SG$21.4 million, mainly due to a decrease in revenue from malls.
