智通财经APP获悉，基石药业-B(02616)午前涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.08%，报5.36港元，成交额2670.35万港元。
消息面上，基石药业此前宣布，配售合共1亿股股份，占配售完成后总股本的6.83%，配售所得款项总额为4.72亿港元，拟将90%用于与基石药业“管线2.0”中的资产，尤其是CS2009、CS5001、以及CS2015等临床前资产有关的进一步研发；余下所得款项净额用于其他一般公司用途。
此外，基石药业本月初宣布与Istituto Gentili达成独家战略合作，将共同推进抗PD-L1单抗药物舒格利单抗在西欧及英国市场的商业化。基石药业有望获得最高1.925亿美元(约15亿港元)的里程碑付款，并可享有协定区域近50%的净销售额分成。
