智通财经APP获悉，据外媒消息，DraftKings(DKNG.US)正就收购预测市场平台Railbird展开谈判。Railbird是一家总部位于纽约、受联邦监管的预测市场及事件合约交易平台。该公司由曾任职于Point72的投资研究分析师迈尔斯·萨弗兰与爱德华·田于2021年创立，2025年6月获得美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)批准，成为指定合约市场，跻身美国少数受监管的预测市场之列。
根据Y Combinator提供的信息，Railbird的投资方包括SeatGeek首席执行官及多家风险投资公司。
Railbird的核心服务是为用户提供事件类合约的交易平台。通过这些合约，个人与企业可对现实世界事件的结果进行投注，涵盖经济指标、公共政策决策、天气模式、娱乐动态及体育赛事结果等领域。每份合约的价格反映了市场对特定结果发生概率的集体预期。该平台计划覆盖美国全部50个州。
针对相关报道，DraftKings发布声明称：“DraftKings在日常业务中会与各类公司就多种事宜进行沟通，按惯例，我们不对任何具体洽谈内容发表评论。”
今年早些时候，DraftKings曾申请联邦许可以运营预测市场，但数月后便撤回了申请。另有报道称，在体育博彩领域，Flutter Entertainment (FLUT.US)旗下FanDuel曾洽谈与Kalshi合作，后者是最知名的专注于未来事件结果交易的受监管交易所之一。
