Mirasol Resources Ltd. has announced the sale of its Nord East and Nord West projects in Chile to Eco Earth for a total of approximately US$2.5 million, to be paid over four years. Mirasol will retain a 2% NSR royalty on the Nord East project, with Eco Earth having the option to purchase the first 1% for US$3 million and the remaining 1% for an additional US$6 million. Additionally, Mirasol will retain a 1% NSR royalty on the Nord West project, which Eco Earth can buy back for US$1 million. This transaction is part of Mirasol's strategy to unlock value from its non-core assets.
