智通财经APP讯，京西国际(02339)公布，于2025年7月15日，京西波兰(公司全资附属公司)与BWI Indiana(京西重工(北京)全资附属公司)订立资产所有权转让协议，据此，京西波兰同意向BWI Indiana购买资产，目的是使用有关资产于波兰厂房生产被动式减震器及SARC产品，总代价为约973万港元。
京西波兰将向BWI Indiana购买资产(包括生产线I、生产线II连同元件)。生产线I包括仅为特定产品组装过程设计的特制机器及设备。同时，京西波兰正考虑为其厂房升级其现有生产线以符合被动式减震器最新设计的生产需求。收购生产线I将使京西波兰满足新被动式减震器的生产需求，且毋须对现有生产线进行高昂升级，从而增强其在未来商业机会中的竞争力。
此外，收购生产线II及元件将使京西波兰达到SARC产品的完整组装产能，推动收益增长，并增强厂房的财务表现。
