* 该公司此前公告称，预计截至6月30日止六个月期内溢利同比降约21%至35%，收入增长约18%，但收入和毛利额的增长不足以抵销本期间费用增长带来的期内溢利下降。
本期间进一步加大自有品牌产品市场开拓力度，尤其是海外市场开拓，本集团分销及销售开支较上年同期有较大增长于回顾期发生的非现金性质的以股份为基础的付款开支同比增长约175.6百万元。
