Smoore International (HKG:6969) expects a profit of between 442.9 million yuan and 541.4 million yuan in the first half of 2025, down 21% to 35% from 683.2 million yuan a year prior, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The vaping device manufacturer attributed the drop in profit mainly to the accounting impact of the grant of share options and awards, as well as significantly higher distribution, selling, and legal expenses.
