Meta Platforms Inc．首席执行官马克·扎克伯格表示，公司将建设多个大型数据中心，以支持其人工智能（AI）工作，其中首个数据中心预计将于明年上线。

　　“我们将首个称为普罗米修斯（Prometheus），它将于2026年上线，”扎克伯格周一在社交平台Threads的帖子中表示。

　　不满Meta在AI方面进展落后的扎克伯格正在组建一个专家团队，目标是实现通用人工智能。新成立的Meta超级智能实验室（ Meta Superintelligence Labs ）团队聚集了从OpenAI、谷歌旗下DeepMind以及其他顶尖AI公司挖来的研究人员。

　　扎克伯格形容正在开发中的数据中心为规模达到数吉瓦的“集群”，这将使它们跻身全球最大数据中心之列。扎克伯格在帖子中援引SemiAnalysis的报道称，Meta有望成为首个拥有超过1吉瓦容量“超级集群”的公司。

　　受此消息影响，Meta股价上涨1.1%，至725.30美元。
