据澎湃，针对当前美国国际贸易委员（ITC）行政法官对于商业秘密337调查的初裁结果，京东方将向ITC提出复审。同时，京东方也在美国对三星显示提起了专利诉讼，以反击三星近期连续的打压行为，积极维护京东方的权益。近日， 三星显示器以中国京东方（BOE）为对象，向美国国际贸易委员会提出的有机发光二极管（OLED）商业秘密侵害诉讼中，ITC初裁结果判决中决定认可BOE侵犯三星显示器商业秘密，并采取禁止进口措施。针对三星近两年不断将纷争升级的行为，京东方也采取了相应的反制措施，包括在中国和美国法院对三星提出多起专利侵权诉讼。据业内人士透露，2024年11月，中国重庆一中院已做出一审判决，认定三星显示OLED面板侵犯京东方专利权。
