消息称苹果考虑收购欧洲最大AI初创公司Mistral，有望推动其史上最大并购案
IT之家 7 月 14 日消息，据彭博社今日消息，苹果将认真考虑收购法国 AI 初创公司 Mistral。
Mistral AI 是一家欧洲的 AI 初创企业，通过七轮融资总共筹集了 11 亿欧元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 92.14 亿元人民币）。彭博社报道该公司正在与投资者谈判，希望筹集高达 10 亿美元（现汇率约合 71.74 亿元人民币）的资金。
多年来，Mistral 推出了一系列大型和小型语言模型，其 OCR（光学字符识别）功能取得了显著成功。此外，其聊天机器人“Le Chat”以快速响应用户查询而闻名。目前，它是欧洲估值最高的 AI 初创公司，估值达 58 亿欧元（现汇率约合 485.84 亿元人民币）。
苹果的最新动向延续了此前爆料，消息称其高管曾就收购美国 AI 初创公司 Perplexity 进行内部讨论。然而，Perplexity 的领导层淡化这些讨论，表示他们“对任何当前或未来的并购谈判均无了解”。
如果苹果真的能够收购 Mistral，将远超苹果 2014 年收购 Beats 的 30 亿美元纪录，成为其史上最大并购案。
