【天机控股(01520.HK)拟1500万港元收购信桥资本集团约10%股权】智通财经APP讯，天机控股(01520.HK)发布公告，于2025年7月14日，公司、第一卖方(巫政先生)及第二卖方(高冲先生)订立该协议，据此，公司有条件同意收购，而该等卖方有条件同意出售合共10,860股销售股份，占目标公司(信桥资本集团有限公司)全部股权约10%(或于信桥优先股悉数转换后经全面摊薄计算的全部已发行股份约9.07%)，代价为1500万港元，将会以配发及发行3750万股代价股份方式支付。
