Nordson Corporation has announced the appointment of Joseph M. Rutledge as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, effective July 14, 2025. Rutledge, who brings 15 years of experience from Eaton Corporation, will oversee Nordson's accounting operations and financial reporting functions. He succeeds Stephen Shamrock, who departed the company on July 10, 2025.
