吴说获悉，据加密记者 Eleanor Terrett，加州州长 Gavin Newsom 宣布，已与来自 Ripple、Coinbase、MoonPay 等公司的高管共同发起“California Breakthrough Project”，旨在为政府改革提供建议并推动效率提升与跨部门协作。该项目小组于 6 月 6 日在 Ripple 位于旧金山的总部举行首次会议，成员还包括来自 Instacart、Snapchat、Anduril 的负责人，以及天使投资人 Ron Conway 等。
