智通财经APP获悉，从Bit Digital(BTBT.US)分拆出来的数据中心WhiteFiber(WYFI.US)上周五向美国证券交易委员会提交了申请，以筹集估计高达1亿美元的首次公开募股。据了解，WhiteFiber 自称是人工智能 (AI) 基础设施解决方案的领先提供商，旗下高性能计算(HPC)数据中心以 NVIDIA GPU 为核心，提供云端服务。
去年，该公司通过收购总部位于加拿大的 Enovum 实现了显著扩张，今年，除继续加大蒙特利尔地区布局外，又在北卡罗来纳州规划新建数据中心。
当前，WhiteFiber 正在追随专注于人工智能的数据中心运营商 CoreWeave (CRWV.US) 的脚步——后者3月上市，上周五收盘价已较发行价涨逾200%。
WhiteFiber 虽于 2024 年在纽约成立，但其运营实体 Enovum 的历史可追溯至 1999 年。招股书显示，截至2025年3月31日的12个月，该公司实现了5600万美元收入。
该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“WYFI”。White Fiber于2025年2月14日秘密提交了申请。B. Riley Securities 与 Needham & Co. 担任联席簿记管理人，具体发行价格尚未披露。
