石油输出国组织(OPEC)周二公布最新月度产量报告，当中包括各成员国自行申报的数据，以及外部独立估算。沙特阿拉伯透过改变统计口径，成功令自家产量符合配额范围之内，经调整后，其产量下降至每日936万桶，与OPEC外部估算独立估算几乎一致。
知情人士透露，是次OPEC的独立来源数据同样以市场供应量为依据，而非实际生产量。倘若使用传统统计口径，沙特阿拉伯实际产量恐已超出配额上限。(me/s)
