大洋环球(08476.HK) 宣布，向联交所申请以转板上市的方式，由GEM转至主板上市及买卖，当中不涉及发行任何新股份。主席兼首席执行官陈建峰表示，转板上市有助提升集团整体形象，进一步加强公众投资者以至客户的认可度，以及增强融资灵活性，未来将持续与业务伙伴合作拓展业务，巩固集团作为急冻海鲜进口及批发行业杰出市场参与者的地位。
对于内地早前有条件恢复日本部分地区水产品进口，他表示，未来将深化与中国区客户合作，并采取更积极市场策略，进一步拓展内地业务销售，目标内地收益尽快恢复至禁令实施前水平，即双位数增长。(gc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
