智通财经APP获悉，中国建材(03323)早盘涨超10%，截至发稿，涨8.11%，报4.53港元，成交额8955.79万港元。
消息面上，中国建材发布盈喜，预计上半年利润约13.5亿人民币，相较上年同期亏损20.18亿人民币。原因是集团主要产品水泥及玻璃纤维销售价格上升和销售成本下降、商品混凝土销售成本下降、风电叶片及涂料的销量增加、以及金融资产公允价值变动净损失减少，但部分被水泥销量下降所抵销。
东兴证券指出，政策不断推进反内卷逐步在2025年落地，推动建材行业高质量发展。水泥等行业反内卷政策力度会逐步加大，见实见效加速助力供给端优化。水泥行业协同错峰停产，在行业需求低迷但仍尚可的情况下，企业共同实施的效果较好。行业市场优胜劣汰和“反内卷”齐发力行业新平衡可期。
