据知情人士透露，旅游休闲预订平台客路（Klook）正研究在美国进行首次公开招股（IPO），可能筹集高达5亿美元资金。

　　知情人士说，客路正在财务顾问协助之下筹备IPO事宜。他们说，客路可能很快会在美国以保密方式提交申请，IPO可能融资3亿至5亿美元。

　　知情人士表示，相关讨论仍在进行之中，发行股票时间和规模等细节可能会有变化。客路的一位代表不予评论。

　　客路得到了软银集团和高盛集团的支持。公司成立于2014年，2018年成为独角兽，2023年实现盈利。它的竞争对手包括缤客（Booking.com）、Expedia等其他全球旅游预订网站，以及中国的携程和韩国的Yanolja。
