　　2025年7月14日，早盘开盘，国内期货主力合约涨跌不一。沪银、SC原油涨超2%，焦炭、焦煤、烧碱、低硫燃料油（LU）涨超1%。跌幅方面，淀粉、玉米、硅铁跌超1%。

　　关税方面，特朗普签署行政令，将对等关税暂缓期推迟到8月1日，不再延期，并陆续向各大经济体发关税函。另外，特朗普在内阁会议上威胁对铜、药品和半导体征收高额关税。

　　降息方面，美联储公布的最新6月会议纪要显示，官员们对利率前景的分歧日益显现，主要源于他们对关税可能如何影响通胀的预期不同，与会者认为在贸易政策及其他政府政策和地缘政治风险不断演变背景下，经济前景的不确定性依然较高，但相较前次会议整体不确定性已有所减弱。最新CME“美联储观察”数据显示，7月维持利率不变的概率为93.3%，降息25个基点的概率为6.7%，到9月维持利率不变的概率为59.7%，累计降息25个基点的概率为36.2%，累计降息50个基点的概率为4.1%。

　　综合而言，随着贸易冲突继续升温，通胀提升的压力在加大，市场降低9月降息预期。
