吴说获悉，韩国科斯达克上市公司 SGA 已通过董事会决议，拟向包括 Sora Ventures、AsiaStrategy、Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich 与韩国投资机构 KCGI 在内的投资者联盟定向增发约 5886 万股普通股，募资总额约为 344.9 亿韩元（约合 2,500 万美元）。交易完成后，该联盟将成为 SGA 最大股东，资金将用于战略收购及一般企业运营。
