Argent Minerals to Start Diamond Drilling at New South Wales Project; Shares Down 4%

Argent Minerals (ASX:ARD) will begin diamond drilling at its Kempfield project in New South Wales within two weeks, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company plans to drill two diamond holes over Lode 100 and Lode 200, totaling 700 meters, to determine mineralized zone depth and generate material for metallurgical test work, the filing said.

Shares were down 4% in morning trade on Tuesday.
