Hazer Group (ASX:HZR) completed its share purchase plan after it closed on July 9, and it expects the issuance of 8.4 million new shares on Wednesday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
The plan allowed eligible shareholders to apply for up to AU$30,000 of new, fully paid ordinary shares at the issue price of AU$0.31.
The company received valid applications totaling over AU$2.6 million and decided to accept all applications.
The funds raised will be used for the commercial deployment and licensing of the company's technology, the filing said.
