智通财经APP获悉，内房股跌幅居前，截至发稿，远洋集团(03377)跌5.17%，报0.11港元；富力地产(02777)跌5.36%，报1.06港元；融创中国(01918)跌4.6%，报1.66港元；新城发展(01030)跌3.47%，报2.5港元。
消息面上，国家统计局数据显示，1-6月份，全国房地产开发投资46658亿元，同比下降11.2%；其中，住宅投资35770亿元，下降10.4%。1-6月份，新建商品房销售面积45851万平方米，同比下降3.5%；其中住宅销售面积下降3.7%。此外，国家统计局数据显示，2025年6月份，70个大中城市中，各线城市商品住宅销售价格环比下降，同比降幅整体继续收窄。
申万宏源发布研报称，展望2025年上半年房地产板块业绩，我们认为板块业绩仍将继续承压，主要源于：2021年后销售连续下降导致结算下降；前期降价促销推动当期结算影响利润率低位。但考虑到随着政府要求房地产行业“止跌回稳”以及企业利润率见底、减值出清，综合预计25-26年板块业绩有望底部震荡中弱复苏，并且企业之间业绩分化也将进一步加剧。
