King's Stone CEO Resigns, Successor Named; Shares Gain 1%

King's Stone (HKG:1943) said Wang Jianfeng resigned as the company's chief executive and chairman of the board, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.

Shares of the construction services provider rose 1% in morning trade Monday.

Wang will remain on the company's board as an executive director, King's Stone said.

King's Stone appointed He Xin to replace Wang as chief executive and chairman of the board.

He previously worked at the financial assets department in Daye Nonferrous Metals Group, according to King's Stone.
