智通财经APP获悉，康方生物(09926)尾盘涨超4%，高见118.8港元创上市新高。截至发稿，涨4.59%，报118.4港元，成交额9.98亿港元。
消息面上，康方生物合作伙伴Summit Therapeutics 表示，近期将基于III期HARMONi 研究的数据向FDA 递交依沃西单抗治疗2L+ EGFRm NSCLC 的上市申请。交银国际发表研究报告指，考虑到该适应症治疗方法十分有限、HARMONi研究中依沃西疗效明显优于现行化疗方案，看好其海外审批前景。
该行指出，适应症广泛布局、加上高效率低毒的特征，依沃西取代PD-(L)1单靶成为新一代I/O基石药物的路径逐步清晰，相应上调依沃西中国经POS调整销售高峰至71亿元人民币。交银国际预计，在依沃西之后，未来2至3年内有机会看到卡度尼利等更多资产在海外注册上市/BD的潜在路径，建议投资者持续关注上述研究的数据以及后续临床项目启动。
