消息面上，7月15日，英伟达称将恢复H20芯片在中国的销售。今年4月16日，受美国政府要求，该芯片被禁止向中国等地区出售。中信证券预计下游AI厂商或将在2025年下半年加大AI基础设施领域的投入力度，以满足未来人工智能发展的需求，产业链相关环节有望迎来发展机会。广发证券指出，Q3大概率是国内的大厂恢复正常IDC招标节奏的时点，前期下单淡季时柴发价格仍维持高位甚至上涨，国内供需格局不改。下半年有望进入涨价+业绩释放的阶段。
国泰君安此前研报指出，受益国内AIDC及数据中心建设持续高景气，高端柴油发电机需求高增。该行指出，受益数据中心需求爆发，海外厂商如康明斯等电力系统业务收入和利润率持续高增。值得注意的是，重庆机电与康明斯的合作始于1981年。随着双方合作的不断深化，1995年10月，双方投资比例各50%，合资成立重庆康明斯发动机有限公司。目前，重庆康明斯已经成为国内领先的大马力发动机制造企业。
