【环球网科技综合报道】7月13日消息，据外媒coincentra报道称，英特尔首席执行官陈立武近日在内部会议上首次公开承认，公司因多年战略失误已跌出全球半导体企业前十，并披露去年第三季度录得160亿美元巨额亏损。为扭转颓势，董事会批准以边缘人工智能与代理AI为核心的新战略，并启动全球裁员及业务重组。

陈立武将关键转折点指向当年放弃为初代iPhone供应芯片的决定，导致ARM与高通在移动时代崛起。近年来，x86混合架构表现不佳、Arrow Lake处理器反响平淡，加之GPU产品未达预期，迫使英特尔将约30%产能外包给台积电。

据介绍，英特尔新战略计划聚焦两大方向——边缘AI和代理AI。

陈立武强调，除技术路线调整外，英特尔必须重塑企业文化，加速决策流程，以应对AI芯片竞争格局。行业数据显示，全球半导体市场2025年预计达6970亿美元，其中AI相关芯片占逾1500亿美元。（青云）
