智通财经APP讯，星谦发展(00640)公布，董事会已议决进行公司普通股在新加坡证券交易所有限公司凯利板的潜在双重主要上市，惟须(其中包括)(i) 待相关监管机构及新交所批准;(ii) 达成完成潜在双重上市所需的所有条件;及(iii)视乎潜在双重上市时的现行市场氛围及状况，方可作实。倘潜在双重上市得以实现，公司将在联交所主板及新交所凯利板双重上市。
董事会谨此强调，潜在双重上市可能会或可能不会实现，及截至本公告日期，尚未向新交所提交正式上市申请。此外，即使潜在双重上市实现并生效，于本公告日期的现有已发行股份亦不会自动在新交所凯利板上市以供买卖。
