智通财经APP获悉，拉丁美洲金银矿商Aura Minerals将在纳斯达克上市，计划以每股24.25美元的价格发行810万股，筹资1.96亿美元。按定价计算，该公司的估值为20亿美元。
这家原先在OTCQX市场交易的矿企，将继续维持加拿大和巴西的跨国上市地位。其多伦多上市股票年内涨幅已超100%。本周材料板块另一家转板企业——钨生产商Almonty Industries周一登陆纳斯达克后，截至周二收盘累计上涨8.4%。
这家金银铜矿商着重强调其战略收购、矿山扩建与运营增效的组合优势。目前运营四座全资矿山及一座试产矿山，包括墨西哥Aranzazu铜金银矿、巴西Apoena与Almas金矿，以及洪都拉斯Minosa金矿。营收主要来自黄金(占比约60%)和铜(占比约40%)，业务版图均衡分布于巴西、墨西哥与洪都拉斯三国。
Aura Minerals将以代码"AUGO"在纳斯达克交易。本次IPO由美国银行证券、高盛、BTG Pactual和Itau BBA担任联席账簿管理人。
